GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION OF SOIL SUBSURFACE BEARING CAPACITY RATIONAL:
Geotechnical investigation refers to the procedures of determining the surface and the subsurface conditions of the soil in an area of the proposed construction or construction site. Information or data on the subsurface condition existing at a site is a critical requirement. It is the information that is usedto plan and design structures foundation and othe below ground works. the structure will be stability, must be indissoluble foundation and also foundation design should be safe enough. Soil Test and soil boring test is very important. the enable engineer to design a foundation by foundation engineering method and construction cost saving, sub-soil conditions in various areas may have a variance so the area is defferent from the general area such us very loose sand, soft clay layer or depth of the soil.

SITE ACQUISITION:
We evaluate hire and train local acquisition personnel, train all local resources and fellow contractors perform sites search criteria, produce site acquisition reports, coordinate technical site surveys, review, negotiate and complete lease contracts, and produce and manage acquisition site files and hand over documentation.
TOWER ERECTION:
We hire the most efficient riggers to carry the erection operation. Install the tower accurately and according to its approved plans and specifications assures that the installation of various accessories is properly executed. We see to it that the proper coordination is maintained during the operation to ensure the much needed precision and provide the appropriate safety measures during the tower installation.

Since its founding in Lucena City in 2010, PROMAN a very small company, has become one of the leading labor- contractor in Lucena City and nearby towns in the Province of Quezon then gradually expand in Laguna Province and now in the Province of Isabela, Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region.
In 2010, Lucena City Province of Quezon, Omar Morales and his two Brothers Kevin and Mike, Founded MS Morales Construction services as a labor contractor and Iron Works Business in the province of Quezon. From the beginning, the Morales Family Infuse its company with Strong Core Values. The Small shopof iron works that began in the market v View, Lucena City and Quezon expanded Ibabang Dupay, Lucena and then expanded again in Tayabas City of same Province. Omar Morales, the eldest among the Three Siblings, began to penetrate in terior construction of mall in the city, while the two brothers focus on making of steel trusses and erection of billboards and some civil works sub contract in the province of Quezon Province in 2013 the name MS Morales Construction Services was only registered in the department of trade and industry (DTI) the new office then was build in Ibabang Dupay, Lucena City, Quezon. Since then the three brothers grew ups and down.
